We just wanted to share the news that last Friday June 30th was a “red letter day”. After almost one year of fighting the good fight in litigation against our contract manufacturer stealing critical equipment and putting us out of business (as you will likely be aware), a Cook County judge yesterday ordered the return of our equipment. We will be continue to pursue the case on its merits, but an important first step was taken in our being able to get the goods back that make RyKrisp crackers – July 17th will be the next “red letter day”. Thanks for your ongoing support!
HURRAH!!!!
And a “Huzzah” back. π
Yes! that’s good to hear
Be still my heart. – Rye crisps are the best crackers ever!!!!!!!! I will by cases as soon as I see them being sold!!!!

Very much looking forward to the triumphant return of RyKrisp Crackers…..I’ve enjoyed them since I was a kid at my Grandma and Grandpa’s house!
Thx! Ted Leavitt
Can’t wait!
I am looking forward to having my favorite RyKrisp crackers.
You simply must bring back seasoned RYKRISP! It has long been a staple of my diet, and a very tasty treat.

Just came on board today… unfortunately out of sight out of mind.
It’s been too long; and I guess I haven’t eaten enough… my parents introduced to me as a child.
Great cracker for any party or any occasion; or… a snack any time of day; cocktail hour gem.
Delicious taste & crunch… my favorite two toppings are liver pate & Swiss cheese spread.
Can’t wait until they return to our homes & our stomachs !!!
A Sincere FAN of RYKRISP
Bonnie
Welcome back to the fold. Sorry for not having crackers ready for your return, but it sounds as though you caught up on our saga. Progress is being made. Thx! Ted Leavitt
YAY!!!! I’ve been hunting all over in stores in the Duluth and Hibbing area trying and TRYING to find boxes of RyKrisp, with NO idea it wasn’t being made anymore! Today I went online and found an article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune from 2015 about the demise of the only hardtack worth eating. Was very saddened. I mentioned it to one of my daughters and she found this site online so I’m thrilled that there’s a possibility we may get it back again!!! Can you update us on what happened July 17th?? Thanks so much!!
Kathy
Kathy – First point…you need to eat more RYKRISP. It’s been awhile, but when we’re back, we look forward to getting you back in the habit of snacking with RYKRISP. July 17th did come and go. We had hoped to get some resolution in our favor on the legal issues, but the courts decided that there needed to be more discovery/briefing and the like. You never go to court for a quick solution to anything, for sure. Thx, Ted
Awesome news.
Nothing compares to RYKRISP!!!!!!
π
I hope you make a full comeback
Thanks. We’re working hard on it. The legal system is so slow, but we’re following the steps required to prevail. Ted
Come up to lake county
Will do when in the market…Lake County, IL or another one?
I like the seasoned RYRKRISP Is it still available and where Thank you itβs awesome
Duane,
The website will give you a bit of the recent history. We’re a small business and are now almost two years into a law suit with our contract manufacturer where critical equipment was stolen from our facility. As a small business, we have to get that resolved before getting back to production. Thanks for your comments. We agree – Seasoned and the others are awesome. Ted Leavitt
