Help Us With Our Marketing 16

Send us a great picture of where RyKrisp would want to travel and with what toppings and we’ll send you one of the remaining boxes of the last production run.  Something to do while we all wait for production to restart and helps remind us of some of the imagery around RyKrisp.  Email ted@rykrisp.com.  Here’s a before and after example – after is with care package in hand.  Thanks for helping.

Crackers were designed thousands of years ago as a bread that would last–that is, long before refrigeration was invented. They’re useful today waiting just in case you run out of other things–they go with soup, salad or entrees. Dress them up or use them plain.

I like that they have no additives or sugar. When I saw RYKRISP was disappearing from the shelves of regular grocery stores I bought up as many boxes as I could find.

You need to connect with Weight Watchers, Nutri-System and other weight-loss programs to encourage eating RYKRISP as part of a healthy low-cal diet. I think Seasoned RYKRISP is my favorite–it goes with sliced cheese (especially Swiss), dips, just a little butter or plain. NOBODY else makes a rye cracker that I know off–we really need you. I would think a great source of fiber, too. Go, go, go guys–the holidays are coming and I need RYKRISP for all that entertaining!

Living in Southern California, I can tell you that touting the health benefits (whole grain low calorie snack, no wheat, etc) would have a lot of traction, plus its outdoorsy hiking/camping food on the go utility. One retail outlet that would make sense is REI.
Any news on when might be available on mail order?

Thanks for suggestion. Yes, REI seems a natural. We are doing a full test on manufacturing in mid January, so hoping not far after. Amazon will be our first port of call, but S Cal retailers are not far behind.

RYKRISP has been a part of the San Francisco Scandinavian community for as long as i can remember…at least 1950. Please bring it back. Keep it healthy. Keep it delicious.

    Sorry no picture
my last RyKrisp from the last box I bought on clearance last, I think May, was savored by me, in my living room over a period of 30+/- minutes with Nothing on it last night.

I miss getting my RYKRISP ‘fix’ while visiting Pea Soup Andersen’s Restaurant in Buellton, CA — The restaurant is not the same without having these delightful crackers on the table. Frankly, I could forego Pea Soup Andersen’s food and be content with eating buttered RYKRISP crackers. My husband and I share this sentiment. Oh, and don’t me started on the ‘other’ rye crackers on the market. One big brand tasted and smelled just like plywood sheathing.

PLEEZE! BRING BACK THE BEST CRACKER ON THE PLANET: RYKRISP!

You are helping just by posting a comment like this. Many thanks. We’ll post you on the legal update as soon as we have one and hopefully get back into production sooner rather than later after that is finished. Ted Leavitt
